Balances
Terms of Service
These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using Balances.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
1. Using the service
These terms apply to your use of Balances at balances.securocloud.in. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to agree to these terms and authorized to use the workspace. If you use it for an organization, you must have that organization's permission.
2. Accounts, invitations, and security
Registration requires a valid invitation and email verification. Provide accurate account information, use only accounts you are authorized to access, and keep credentials, verification links, and recovery codes confidential. Do not transfer invitations or access rights without the administrator's permission.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Review your sessions and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Administrators may manage access, inspect account and session metadata, revoke sessions, and remove accounts according to their permissions. Superuser accounts have additional deletion protections.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the information you enter. You allow the service to store, process, display, and transmit that information as needed to provide and secure Balances. This permission does not transfer ownership of your records to us.
Enter information accurately, check calculations and currency labels, and keep copies of records you need for tax, accounting, or other formal purposes. You must have permission to record information about other people and comply with laws that apply to your use.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Balances to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious content, impersonate others, obtain access without permission, bypass account or invitation controls, expose credentials, disrupt the service, or inspect another user's information without authorization. Automated access must respect access controls and must not interfere with normal operation.
5. A record-keeping tool
Balances organizes records you provide. It does not operate as a bank, hold or transfer money, execute payments, settle debts, verify that an expense occurred, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Currency labels identify recorded amounts and do not imply automatic exchange-rate conversion. Seek qualified advice when you need it.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, failures, security measures, or circumstances outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or recovery of every deleted record. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis.
Where changes materially affect your access or obligations, we will provide notice when reasonably practicable or required by law.
7. Third-party services and privacy
Optional identity providers, email delivery, hosting, and other service providers support parts of Balances. Those third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and workspace information is used.
8. Suspension, deletion, and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through support or an authorized administrator. Deleting a balance sheet, cycle, entry, or account may permanently remove its related records. Retain copies you need before requesting deletion.
Access may be restricted or ended if you breach these terms, lose workspace authorization, or create a security or legal risk. Superuser deletion requires a verified support process because of its administrative role. Information retention after account closure is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete records you provide, unauthorized sharing of your credentials, your reliance on the service as professional advice, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights.
10. Questions and updates
Contact support@securocloud.in about these terms, account issues, or a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory law continues to apply. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
The date above identifies the current version. We may revise these terms as the service changes, with notice of material changes when required. See Contact for support details.
